Benefits of PWA

Progressive Web App (PWA) support gives your platform app-like capabilities:

• Home Screen Install: Users can add the site to their device home screen
• Cross-Platform: Works on any device with a modern browser
• Touch-Friendly: Optimized for touch-based interactions
• Lower Costs: No need to publish in app stores

Limitations

• Not all browser features are compatible with PWA
• PWA is not a native APK – it runs in the browser
• Requires HTTPS with a trailing slash on the URL

Configuration

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Settings > Site Customization > PWA Settings.

• PWA Icon: 512x512 pixels
• Splash Screen: 2048x2732 pixels (Apple devices only)

Important: Your site must use HTTPS with a trailing slash (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/) for PWA to function correctly.
